How should I ideally describe in-game items before players buy them?

My game is about racing. It’s called bloxy roads.
In it you can buy new funny weird looking cars to race against other weird looking cars.

Before you buy a car you are given a description of the car.

Currently the description goes along like “This car comes from etcfantasyetc what not… some have said that it’s fantasy some made up stuff… when you drive it you gotta be careful…”

I need to make a more practical description and more on-point.

How should I structure the description of the car? Before a player buys it.

Some sense of humor mixed up with statistics.
