I’m starting to get into making GFX using blender and I’ve been looking at other Roblox GFX’s and they all seem to have realistic/natural poses (not hard corners/blocky as such), Currently, I set my scene out in Roblox studio and just import it as .obj 's, doing this makes my characters look very un-natural and not very realistic if there holding objects or in a position like I would have hoped.
Is there a way to make Roblox characters’ poses/positions realistic (or just natural)?
If you’re wanting smooth corners in you’re character pose then the best way I know Is to add a modifier, either Subdivision surface or multiresolution and turn their values in the viewport and render to about 3, if it gets hard to move the character about in viewport then decrease the viewport to 1 in modifier settings.

You should use rig(s) in Blender then pose it, that would be easier!
I havent found anywhere that I can get roblox rigs, do you know anywhere?
