I’m in the process of making a showcase game that features a ‘news set’ which I created (a few months ago by this point). And I am currently trying to finalise all my lighting positions.
The problem I am facing is that the lighting I have set up so far makes the set look quite odd in terms of lighting and shadow. I have a suspicion that I have made this more challenging for myself by making the set predominantly black.
(I’ve positioned the screenshots to highlight the relevant ‘spotlights’ which are the main lighting features I am trying to use for this showcase.
I’ve looked up lighting tutorials that would hopefully assist me in at least improving the generally unappealing and flat areas like the desk and the overexposed background/backdrop.
Hoping anyone here has some feedback or ideas that could help with this situation! Thanks!
