How to adjust mixamo animations

so I want to adjust mixamo animations, this means I want to change like it’s little weird and I want to change it, rotate it little bit. How do I do that. The issue is that I can’t change fully, by this I mean let’s say hand goes like this

I want to change how do I do that?
I’ve already tried changing but there’s issue it doesn’t change it fully, it only changes one frame

Do it in Blender or whatever software you imported it to.
