In one of my games, computer players are ussually the ones who spend the most time and money in the game but for some reason the thumbnail attracts more console, mobile or tablet. Does anyone have any tips on how to get more PC players to join?

Have you tried advertising on Something like ig or YouTube or x.
Prompts changing based on what kind of keyboard the user has, a keybind changing system, general input support.
Past that, the game design, or just the genre, may be the biggest issue. Most of Roblox is mobile, but I assume there’s more you could be doing. It’s difficult to say.
Can you give a run down of what the game is? Maybe provide that thumbnail too?
Unless you game is somehow hostile to pc players, you wont be able to get the same number of pc players as mobile players. 80% of roblox players are on mobile devices, only 17% are on PC. If your numbers are similar to that you are doing fine
