How to boost your roblox game?

Alright, since ad banners are deprecated, sponsoring is now deprecated. theres a new way to boost your roblox games players. But i want a easy, straight forward way. the problem about the new way is i dont know how, i see ad credits but its just confusing.

What part with the new system / ad credits do you find confusing? I can try to explain it for you. I believe it is still the best way to boost the game so you would want to utilise it.

Everything tho, im kinda new to it. I think it makes me spend a buck instead of robux.

Pretty much.

With the current version of the ad manager, you can only sponsor the games (as opposed to having the different image ads that we used to have). However, you can now choose what the priority should be:

(Drive Retention and Reactivate Users are locked until you get a certain number of visitors).

Once you decide on what the goal is, you can then choose the duration of the ad. You can choose to spend a set amount over a set duration (not great, as it tends to spend most within a day), or you can choose to spend a set amount per day, for a set number of days. This second option is the most common choice for purchasing ads.

To purchase ads, you need to use Ad Credits (instead of Robux). Ad credits are equivalent to $1 USD. To obtain ad credits, you can either:

  • Purchase them using Robux at DevEx rates (0.0035 USD / Robux – 350 Ad Credits per 100k robux)
  • Purchase them directly via a credit card. (At 1 Ad Credit per 1 USD)

If you already have a game / robux, which you want to reinvest into ads, then you would go via the devex rates option. It is available simply to remove the need for established developers to cashout then spend that money immediately on Roblox again. Do not purchase them via Robux unless you already have earnt robux, or else you will only be getting 35% of what you spent in ad credits

Otherwise (as is likely in your case), you will want to purchase it using a credit card.

Hopefully that is clear enough to help you. If not, let me know and I can try to do better.
Additionally, you can check out the ‘documentation’ page for the new ad manager:
