How to colour and make transparent the Models in Blender

Hello There!
I am David and I am kinda new in Blender.
And I have some questions on how to make some stuff with Blender:

  1. The first thing is that I don’t know how to make the parts transparent.
    Like if I make a vending machine or a car, I don’t know how to make the glass/Window. If you could help me with that.

  2. I don’t know how to colour and to look very good, I use Vertex Paint from Blender 2.8.
    I mean that they don’t look very good like the pets of adopt me, I don’t know how to explain but if you understand me, help me.

1: The easiest way for a beginner is to make the part in blender and then change its transparency in ROBLOX Studio.

2: There are world settings on the top right in Blender, those let you change the cavity and shading and also the second option allows you to change colors (BasePart Colors).
