I have recently been promoted to Member, and I am wondering how I can type in the Portfolios category.
When going to the portfolio category, do you see the button, āNew Topicā?
Yes, but itās blurry and I canāt click it.
@ScytheSlayin Yes, but itās blurry and it doesnāt work when I click it.
It is likely because you are in the root category #collaboration. You cannot directly post in there.
You need to post in #collaboration:portfolios
You might need to be a regular then ĀÆ\_(ć)_/ĀÆ
Iāve seen a lot of members posting in portfolios though.
You donāt need to be a regular for portfolios
I donāt know what to tell you. You might need to wait a little bit. After all you did just say
Iāll give it till morning. Thank you.
What about Post Approval? Try with them.
How can I contact them? Is it like members in a group?
Yes the group is called @Post_Approval.
The category details post says that all members are allowed to post there though. Iād check in with @DevEngagementTeam to make sure itās intentional.
This doesnāt appear to be an issue with trust level permissions, both Member and Regular can create topics and reply in #collaboration:portfolios.
Post approval most likely wonāt approve your topic for the category because you already have the required perms, and thereās an existing backlog. Iād avoid messaging the group.
@bradthecoolkid2017 Iāve sent you a DM to get some specific information and test something which is possibly responsible for you not being able to post there. Please respond to it when you can.
Same thing happened to me. It, eventually, got normal. Not sure how. Either way, you donāt need to be a regular. For me, all I did was actually start talking, but I donāt know if that actually affected anything or not. Maybe give it time?
I have been experiencing the same issues. Perhaps Roblox does not allow us to create new topics because we have recently been promoted to member status.
Edit: Whoops I mistook this post for another one recently made. My bad if I came off wrong. You still need to go to the Talent Hub to create a portfolio tho.
