How to do the Ctrl+L movement in Blender

I realize this is a question about blender, but if I were to do it on a blender forum I would have no idea how to format the question.

Worth noting that Ctrl + L in Studio switches the space you’re working in, world or object. Thought this might be a good springboard for you to do some of your own research. You might solve your question before someone who knows how replies to this thread and thus not have to wait hours for replies.
