How to fix the size of an Scrolling Frame in different devices

I want to make the UI size and position be certain in different devices. I know theres an plugin called AutoScale but its an scrolling frame.
If i use AutoScale, the scrolling frame doesnt keep the size and pos.

Already tried offset and scale, both of them dont worked.
Also tried an plugin called LayoutUtil but it dont works, it dont changes nothing and dont open nothing.

See that phone icon, at the corner of your screen at the right? Click on it and your screen will be transformed into a Phone Screen, that way you can design even more better. Reply if it works!
