How to force player humanoid to be r6

So even though my settings are set to r6, the player still loads as r15. After a bit of searching I saw other people saying that its just a bug that happens in studio for some reason. Is there a way I can force r6 onto the player to make testing faster and easier?
(I don’t really know what category to put this in so correct me if needed)

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but you could just try changing the player humanoid’s RigType to R6 through a script (like this):

game.Players.PlayerAdded:Connect(function(plr)
	plr.CharacterAdded:Connect(function(char)
		local hum = char:WaitForChild("Humanoid")
		hum.RigType = Enum.HumanoidRigType.R6
	end)
end)

I tried this but there are still these weird creases on the torso, arms, and legs

Classic Roblox, Is your avatar settings on r6? this tends to happen if loading too fast, atleast in my case

I switched to r6 but the creases are still there in studio

dont switch the humanoid switch the avatar type via avatar settings

It’s the hideous new “adaptive R6”, whatever the hell that means.

I think you might be looking for the option in the Avatar Settings window. Click the three dots (... ) in the top-right corner of that window — there should be an option like “Force R6” or “R6 Only” there. That should lock it to R6 for testing.

Thats what I did originally but it didn’t work, that’s why I’m asking for help
