How to get one solid scrollbar?

I want to get a scrollbar that’s just a single image.
I don’t have a TopImage nor a BottomImage, just the middle image, however when I set the BottomImage and TopImage to blank, and just give it the MidImage, the scaling on other devices gets really weird, and there’s a gap in the top and bottom

It’s at the top of the scrolling frame, and the scrolling bar isn’t on the very top.
As well as, it doesn’t scale on other devices

dude, u know u can make the top image the top part of the icon, the middle image to the middle part of the icon, and the bottom part of the icon the bottom image (u cant do single image, make a compromise instead) here is an example:
