For a Discord webhook you’ll need to make use of a thumbnail API endpoint, specifically this one.
Here’s a sample request issued to that endpoint.
https://thumbnails.roblox.com/v1/users/avatar?userIds=1&size=30x30&format=Png&isCircular=false
The response is a JSON encoded string, the ‘imageUrl’ field is what you’re looking for.
