So I’m sure that there are tutorials on how to make a freecam for a game, but none of which satisfy my needs.
I’m trying to make a sort of view that can be moved freely, but cannot be rotated upwards or downwards, and has limitations. Is there any sort of article on this kind of topic? I cannot find any that talk about this, and I have no idea where to start/how to start. 
Roblox has a built in free cam, press Shift+P
But it can move very freely
Yeah, if it is the game you created you can use Shift + P to turn the freecam and press it again to exit the freecam.
Also if you have edit permissions for example in a group game/ team create you can also use it.
Or a free cam script with a table in it with ids of people you want to have a freecam
