Any tips to improve my Obby game since players only spend 3 - 4 minutes in it?
also client and server performance isn’t an issue

I never really play obbies much and when kids do play obbies most of them will indeed leave after like 15 stages. I’d say this is normal, though I would just be glad there is people playig my game.
So do I have to remove 5 stages so kids complete the obby?
The players are from ads by the way
I don’t think you have to remove anything, because some people would play through it fully and most do. I recommend adding a quick reset button so people can reset faster, or make the respawn time lower in general.
the reset time from dying is 0.5 seconds
I think I see the problem, its just not very well designed (the obby itself). I only played 5 levels but I could tell that most of the obstacles were just repeated, stage 2 was the same jump like 5 times and stage 3 was a laser repeated around 10 times. You need to add more variety, try adding water to swim, trusses, parts where you have to jump around something. Or if you want to go crazy add boost pads or other powerups.
Im not trying to advertise my games here but I was told that this game here has great level design, I have powerups that make it unique yes, but I also spent alot of time to make sure that every jump felt different, you can use it as an example.
Anyways thats just a couple things, I didnt test out any other features but just the first few levels (think the hook of a story) didnt catch me. If you dont want to redo everything make the first few levels as unique as you can and that will get people engaged.
