How do I make graphics like these? Are the graphics exclusive to the downtown central devs?
YEA THESE GRAPHICS IK ITS TOO MUCH BUT YEAH I LOVE THESE GRAPHICS!

What do you mean by “these graphics”?
You can’t just… insert graphics. Alot of this stuff look like features anyone can use, maybe look in #updates:announcements

Cool. Now again, what do you mean by “these graphics”? There’s a lot going on there.
If you are referring to the lighting, you can just mess around with the Lighting object in the explorer and tweak it. You can also add some effects to get closer. If you are talking about the models, that is not something I can really tell you as you will just have to learn 3D modelling. Blender is a really good and free program if you want to give it a try.

Increase EnviromentSpecularScale in lighting settings, use glass material and test whatever is the best with reflections and lastly, just mess around with settings and see what you think is the best.
(example of using glass material with reflection)
When the future lighting setting is released it will add so much depth to lighting so stay excited for that too.

Perhaps try future lighting setting… and some effects like blur, etc.
