How to kind of desynchronize a function roblox?

Not sure how to word it but for example, a script creates 100 parts but if the player were to leave a certain area it will stop creating the parts but the count will go on. and if the player rejoins the area all the parts will reload with the same count as if the player would have stayed. I want to implement something like this but the server keeps count of the parts.
