How to make a Cafe Points System with Auto-Ranking

Hello! I was wondering how I may implement a point system for my cafe that when a person reaches a certain number of points, they will rank up automatically! For example: Koala Cafe has points thag you earn by mopping and being behind the register… I want the exact same thing except they get points by only mopping and being behind the registers. I KNOW this is ALOT to ask someone about but I would really like to find a solution to this. (I AM open to any product hub items or paying robux for an product)

I already use rankgun… but am unsure how to implement the whole point thing though.
