How to make a flying camera in roblox studio?

So I’m making a total war type roblox game, and now I want to make a flying camera also like in total war. But I don’t know how to do it, can you give some documentation or give me the right path I should follow to achieve my goal, thanks in advance.

First you would need to create a camera part, and add a script that simply increases or decreases the camera’s local position. Idk how to do the right click panning
