I want to know how I could make a game like this:
I want to take some inspiration off this game to learn more about Scripting!

You could create a cube out of different parts (like in your reference game) and create a script that welds them all together. Then you could make a script that randomly spawns spheres above the cube and breaks the weld constraints in anything it touches.
After that just make the cube spin and add a lobby
