I’m making a game and I want a npc to talk at a specific time when the player is interacting with it. How do I make a npc talk at a specific time though. If you know please reply thank you.
This is a very situational question. When exactly do you want the noise to play? When the player starts interacting, after the interaction finishes, during an animation, etc.
sound:Play() when you need it
there is literally no other information to go off of.
Inside your npc’s dialoug script whenever you want him to talk define the sound etc and do sound:Play(), you are very vague so we cannot help you alot.
