How to make an Smooth Pathfinder

How i can do an smooth pathfinder in a npc?, i mean, that it moves like an real player in curves and not like an jerk robot

I haven’t used pathfinding before so take this with a grain of salt but bezier curves are a great way for computers to make smooth curves between two given points.
