So there are games like, phantom forces, and arsenal that let you see your arms when in first person. How do I accomplish this? My friend told me it had something to do with the PlayerModules but I have no clue.

I believe the common method is creating “fake” arms whenever the player goes into first person. Just as @SnarlyZoo suggested, there are many tutorials you could look up.

What @Gyper_S said is right. But, doing this method will cover the camera and the player can only see the arms. To do this, I would recommend using Viewmodels. Here is a tutorial on how to do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZAAK7MkERM
I like to do it but i’m kinda bad at Blender, still this tutorial look better for FPS games.
If you are bad at blender, you can take a free viewmodel from the toolbox. But make sure to check for viruses.
