How to make detailed gear

So in Roblox studio when I Import meshes I have to Import the mesh in parts so I can color the parts differently.
But how does gear like this knife
How are there gradients?

Basically, those kind of meshes have their own textures to them, so they can upload the mesh and the texture individually, and then when going to the mesh’s properties in Roblox Studio you can texture it using the texture ID. Hope this helped!

Oh there is Texture ID as well?
