How do I make this? Like have scraps of garbage debris and scatter it around like this?
Use a decal. That’s the only way I know how.
Typically artists create high poly meshes of rubble, garbage, and other minor details, and bake it onto a plane with diffuse/normal/specular maps.
Then they can apply low poly assets to give it more depth, but that isn’t required.
Is there a tutorial on that for blender 2.8?
