I’m making this to share the solution of a problem I’ve was having, I’ve read some other posts to collect the most amount of info possible.
Does your pixel art looks blurry or ragged in a ImageLabel? Here is some troubleshooting steps that may solve your problem.
1. Change ResampleMode
Changing your ResampleMode to “Pixelated” may sharpen your image emphasizing the pixels.

[Also consider using ScaleType “Fit”.]
2. Downscaling your image
If your image exceeds 1024x1024, Roblox Studio will automatically downscale the image to 1024x1024. Try exporting your pixel art on a lower resolution and see if it improves the quality.
3. Using specific resolutions
If the previous solutions didn’t work, you can try this last one. [It’s kinda hard to explain but I’ll try my best.]
Firstly, select your image, then scale it to the size you want it to appear on the screen.
Check how many pixels it has.
(Consider that it may change depending on your screen resolution, use “Device Emulator” to check how it may appear on other device’s screens.)
Now export your art on that specific resolution, and apply to the ImageLabel.
It may appear alright from now on. Maybe.
