How would I make players (or dummies) stumble when something bad happens, like the euphoria physics engine or a blood game, stuff like that, or holding wounds when shot, I’ve tried many attempts but none have succeeded.
I don’t know what type of physics maneuver thing this is called, I’ve tried ragdolling and using velocities to thrust the arm, but how would they get back up, can someone help me out?
Seems a bit hard to replicate on roblox
you may be able to make them flinch a little bit by adding Inverse Kinematics to the torso and making them look towards where they’ve been shot ever so slightly
i can’t come up with a way for them to seamlessly get up but you could make them jump then they get up from being ragdolled or play an animation where they are on the floor at the beggining and get up
Motor6Ds are what allows roblox animations to work but they don’t work too well with
physics and deformation
This is all about how you handle ragdolling in your game, you can just use a simple gore module, tear off the limb, ragdoll the player for a bit then make them get back.
If you want them to stumble just have events when something bad happens that trigger the stumble animation. For them to hold wounds you’d either have to have already made animations, or try to make them on the spot, but roblox engine is not for that and not even sure if its possible to make them look normal without clipping and stuff like that. They can also fall with different already made animations and have them stand up with the animations made for that specific fall animation
