What are you attempting to achieve? (Keep it simple and clear)
A realm in the clouds. For this I’ll need a way to make the clouds.

What is the issue? (Keep it simple and clear - Include screenshots/videos/GIFs if possible)
I want them to be able to swirl and move instead of being a decal.

What solutions have you tried so far? (Have you searched for solutions through the Roblox Wiki yet?)
I think using a particle emitter on its side would be the best idea but I can’t make it swirl like it should.
Example image:

When i say “swirl” I mean to make it flow, similar to water.

Possibly try trails and beams, that’s the best thing I could think of right now…

Use particleEffects with acceleration that goes against the direction they generally emit. Make sure they are parented to a part not an attachment so they always emit regardless of the direction the camera is facing. Use the drag property so that the acceleration does come to a certain velocity and doesn’t accelerate indefinitely. If you want to amount of particle smoke to be unaffected by user graphics settings (like for cover in an FPS where it would be gameplay core and strategic) use ParticleEmitter | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub to get the exact amount you want. This will also generate the particles at that rate regardless of distance, which is necessary to accomplish this as a big map effect.
First I would use beams Beam | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub like @CRAZYDIAMONDDOO recommends and then tune the particle properties to align accordingly to it.

So basically a combination of beams and particle emitters? I’ll try it out.
