How to make the chat bubbble higher up?

Hello everyone! I have a nametag and the chat bubble is right at the nametag. So I can’t see the chat at all. What’s the easiest way to make the chat bubble higher?

Is the nametag a BillboardGui, or a ScreenGui?

And if it’s a BillboardGui, does it have its AlwaysOnTop property ticked?
