OK so what I want is to make a gun that when I shoot the screen and mouse shakes, any ideas?
For all I know, there is no way to make the mouse shake. If this was enabled there would be many scams that make users purchase gamepasses and steal their robux.

The best you can do is make a camera effect that shakes the players screen.

Ok what about rotation? I have played a game called “War simulator” and it made my mouse shake whenever I shoot.
That’s not your actual mouse, they created a gui on the screen that mimiced the mouse!
Yea I made that but it didn’t make an effect on the mouse and the players can easily shoot, I want to make it challenging where the player shout aim correctly. Thank you

Just position the frame where the mouse is, then when the player fires their weapon, offset the frame!

are you perhaps talking about recoil?
you can hide the mouse then put a image over it then constantly go to the mouse.
