How to make the player bleed (add a particle emitter to his humanoid root part) once hes at 25 health?

You would have a local script that checks when the players health changes and when it does check whether the health is 25 or below and clone a particle emitter or create it and parent it to the characters humanoid. Of course you may want to send a remote to server which will then be fired to all clients so that everyone can see it.

Alternatively the “Humanoid” could start leaking blood as soon as damage is dealt, with more blood being released after more damage has been inflicted (this would likely be better for realism), bare in mind that if you do this you’ll need to age restrict the game to 13+.
