How to moderate player-drawn assets?

Hello,

Part of a game concept of mine would revolve around a group of players being able to draw a plan of sorts. The drawings would be shown to all players in the group, and it occurred to me that the drawings the players make could be obscene. If a troll were to join the game and decided to draw countless obscene words or imagery, how would I be able to go about moderating that?

There are other games, such as Copyrighted Artists which are very popular, and have mechanics where players can draw. Are there rules about this, would I be liable for punishment if players were drawing obscene things? Should I just avoid having this type of gameplay in my game?

It seems to me like most games of that nature just include a line such as “Please follow Roblox TOS while playing the game”

Example in Copyrighted Artists

Does doing this remove the dev’s liability?

I’m curious to know if there is any documentation, or just what other people think,
Thanks in advance!

Most of these games have a flag system, in which the user can hide any inappropriate content that someone draws(it doesn’t report the user, but is like a in game block system).

If you add that and make sure users know but not following TOS, mods can ban you from the game, you should be alright in terms of liability.
