How to modify an animation, not override it?

Lets say I have animation A, which makes the player’s head spin 360 degrees, and has priority set to idle. Then lets say I have animation B, which tilts the player’s head forward, and has a priority of Action1. If I played them simultaneously, The head would only tilt forward, because animation B has higher priority. If i gave the two animations the same priority, the head would only kind of spin and kind of lean forward as they both have the same priority and would fight over influence. What I want is a way to overlay one on top of the other, the head should be both constantly spinning and tilted forward. Is this possible to do without manually creating one of the animations via script?

As far as I know, Roblox doesn’t support full animation layering, it only takes the average value between animations (keyframes).

so the only solution is to compensate by tilting head even more
