How to prevent character from getting flung when getting up from ragdoll or colliding into a wall with an active bodymover?

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
    Popular games such as deepwoken, rogue lineage, gpo etc, make frequent uses of body movers (body velocity and etc). Body velocity is used when dashing, in these popular games, when player dashes and collides into a wall, they dont get flung like in the video below. I want to know how do they prevent that?
