How to prevent lag with respawning dummies

i am making an aim trainer and im using moving npcs/dummies as targets

im facing a issue where, when there’s atleast 2/3+ targets that respawn on death, within 30 secs they start being really laggy and the damage received is so delayed

whats the best solution for this?

This is probably a standard memory leak. Or you’re leaving behind data that takes up a lot of space, so the server can’t work as smoothly as it can. Could you show me your code? I will try to provide details and ways you could fix it.
