How to save a table that is in a modulecript?

I was wondering how it is possible to save a table? (my table is in a modulecript)
I have searched many topics and have not found an answer that I understand.

Could you be more specific with this? What do you mean by saving?

I mean I want to save a table so that I can use the data in it if I leave the game and come back.
