How to shade a cavity map with an R6 rig

So i am trying to make a good looking shading texture on a R6 rig using blender and i’ve came across cavity map.


I know i can’t export the cavity map, but there are some ways i can make a texture for it. Except i have no idea how to shade textures. I’ve tried some tutorials but they never met my expectations. What can i do to make that similar texture.
