How to spawn character facing the right way

I am making a obby and the player gets teleported the opposite way from the obstacle

how am i supposed to find the pos to look at?

Use Vector3 datatype.

can i use the orientation property?

If using spawn points, all you have to do is make sure the spawn points front face is facing the way you want them to spawn

do i use a decal to check the face
