How to upload a heavy mesh

So I am trying to design pets for my game on blender. but when I upload them into Roblox studio it tells me that it is to heavy over 10,000 triangles. I used the Decimate modifier but it makes the mesh not look smooth.
Is there a way to upload a heavy mesh or to smoothen the mesh.
Any help would appreciated.

You could try decimating, then right clicking and hitting shade smooth. If that doesnt work then you can try adding bones and making it a skinned mesh, as I believe those have a tri limit of 40k or something.

In blender I could decimate it and it looked smooth but when I uploaded it too studio it looked bad

Oh I realized that I used the wrong file. So I tested on the correct file and it worked thanks!

Don’t forget that another option that’s always available. Just split up the mesh, then you can combine it back in-studio. Still won’t be one mesh, but it can be an assembly you weld together.
