Just upload one part into a mesh part then the other part into a seperate mesh part.

Go to blender, separate the object into 2 parts, to do that, go into edit mode, select half of the mesh (make sure you have x-ray on). Then press P > Selection. Now the mesh is 2 parts. Go into studio and add 2 meshparts. Now upload half of the mesh into one mesh part then the other into the other mesh part.
