Hello!
Now that they’ve rolled out Creator Rewards, I’m unsure how to earn Robux. I thought it was if a player played my game for five minutes and stuff like that, but I opened this up, and it says I need to unlock it? Here is what it says:
I want to earn Robux, but I am not giving them my ID, and I never knew this was a thing. I thought all developers automatically earned Robux. If anyone can tell me if I am doing this incorrectly, and if I don’t actually need to do this, or what is going on, that would be greatly appreciated. Also, would this mean I have been working on a game for a long time, and I can’t even earn anything from it? Thank you!
You can earn robux from ‘‘Daily Engagement’’ Rewards which come under the main umbrella called ‘‘Creator’’ Rewards. If you want to earn the Audience Expansion and one other reward (forgot the name sorry) then, you will have to be age verified. Also you are correct about the play time thing. That is needed for the Daily Engagement reward to be earned. The cherry on top is that you only get them actually, in your pending robux after 60 days!
All creators begin earning Daily Engagement Rewards starting July 24, 2025 — no additional enrollment is required.
To qualify for Audience Expansion Rewards, creators must have an ID-verified account in good standing and a valid DevEx account. You can check your eligibility in the Creator Dashboard.
If the experience is owned by a community, then a community member with the permission to configure group revenue must have an ID-verified account in good standing and a valid DevEx account.
Members of our Video Stars program can earn both Daily Engagement and Audience Expansion rewards.
