How to use self designed model as humanoid?

I’ve seen games in which you can play as dragon or animals. There are also obbies recently, in which your avatar become the cute guy in Among Us.

I know that I can use humanoid description system to change humanoid’s clothes, height and so on. But how to use a totally different model?
