How Would I Create a New Footstep Sound?

I have no idea how to even start on this (Removing the default footstep noise and making a custom one to replace it). I’ve tried muting the footstep noise but I can’t. I’ve looked on DevForum, ScriptHelpers, and almost everywhere I could and none of the scripts I’ve found worked. Does anybody have any scripts/links that could possibly help?

I don’t think that this will be of much help but, Roblox was sued for playing copyrighted music I think, and because of that you now need to send Roblox a picture of your face and a picture of your driver’s license
to get sound into your game.

I’m able to use sound in my game just fine. I haven’t done either of those. I think you’re still aloud to use Audios you upload but none by others.
