I’m currently creating a sword fighting anti-cheat but I can’t really get this firetouchinterest() function that exploiters have to detect. I’ve tried looking for other people who’ve found a way to detect it but so far no luck, the most I’ve seen is people saying to use :GetPartsBoundInBox. Is there any other way to detect it with 100% accuracy?

I think a good method is just through magnitude to determine the distance, that is adequate distance considering ping can be up to 13-14 studs, if the distance is farther then the damage will not be done, this can be done on the server side, which will not be bypassed by exploiters especially.
This is a fairly extensive method, that is, not a few people know about it, it is quite good.
The only thing to consider is that through this firetouchinterest() they can do a VERY small increase, which for exploiters will be an advantage.
