How would i go about making a script that updates the time and the players when a session ends so i don't have to automaticly update it in studio?

Hello, scripters I’m trying to make a time update system and an player update system when the session for the interviews and trainings end but there’s one problem i’m stuck on how to make this if you can give me something to begin on so i have an idea of what i’m trying to script will be very helpful.
i’m trying to update the time and the players located in this frame
heres a picture of what i’m going for basicly i’m just updating the text when an event ends to random times.

When a session ends get the player name and the os.time, then update the board. You can make a DataStore if you want to save it.
