How would i go imitating roblox things in blender?

I have been wanting to recreate roblox stuff in blender like chat bubbles, lighting and animations but i really don’t know where to start

I did find a way how to export roblox terrain but it’s textureless and i don’t even know how i would do chatbubbles
i did also export the buildings but its also all white

I did also use this plugin for lighting but as you see above blender isnt responding now
