How would I make a Car not Rotate when the Throttle is at 0?

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
    I want to make a good Car System without using an A-Chassis

  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    I want to make it so that. If someone tries to steer when the Throttle of the Car is at 0. It will keep it at 0 for the Steer. And when the Throttle becomes -1 or 1, you can steer. But I’ve tried it and it hasn’t worked

  3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
    I tried searching in the Dev Forum but I couldn’t find anything so far that would work.
