How would I make it so the rig holds the tool like the player

There is a issue with my game where the gun tool is being held in the hand of the player like normal but on the rig the tool is being held down

like that ive tried the tool grip plugin and its fine there

the rig cant equip the tool lol you need to take the rigs arm and make it to where it is out like it is equipped
