How would I make the camera turn as if your right mouse was down even if it isn't?

You know how when your right mouse is down you can drag your screen to the left/right/up/down? I’m looking for a way to make this happen even when your right mouse isn’t down.

Replicating the right click camera drag without right clicking?

As the title says, is there a way to replicate the right click camera drag effect without the player having to hold right click? I fiddled around with StarterPlayer but couldn’t see any options that enabled this. I’m still using the default camera unchanged. Any help is appreciated.
