How would you go about scripting a cutscene that activates when you stand on a part, then when the cutscene is done you are standing in a whole different place as part of your game?
BTW I am trying to make a Star Wars game, and when you enter an escape pod the cutscene is activated, and the escape pod travels towards tatooine, and when it gets close enough to tatooine you will enter a new place (Like how when you press configure game or place it says something like “add places”) and that new place will be tatooine.
Help would be very appreciated

For player teleportation, I recommend using MoveTo function. For the cutscene to activate on touch with a part, use the .Touched event.

You need something that tells you when cutscene is finished, so do the MoveTo function whenever the cutscene is finished.
Alright, and one more thing: is it possible to animate models in cutscenes?
If you’re talking about NPC models, yeah definitely why not? This game is by far the best game with animated models, in my opinion.
Wait sorry about the late reply. What about escape pods, like you step in an escape pod, cutscene is triggered and you see the escape pod fly off into the distance and then suddenly you have been teleported to a new place within the game called tatooine? Cause that’s what I’m trying to make.
